Fees must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, and HSA/flex spending cards. For your convenience, a super bill can be provided at the conclusion of your care for you to submit to your private insurance provider for possible reimbursement; we recommend contacting your insurance provider up front to see if this is an option for you.

Rates do not include equipment purchases, additional fees for services rendered outside regular hours, or additional fees for service provided outside coverage area.
