Dr. Lenae Sexton, PT

Lenae has worked one-on-one with active individuals throughout her entire professional career. She is an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist with extensive advanced training allowing her to treat and train individuals with fine-tuned expertise and consistent results. She attended California State University Long Beach for her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She then went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. To take her training to the next level, she completed a Professional Residency with the esteemed Kaiser Permanente Orthopaedic Residency Program, setting her apart as a top-notch expert in the field. 

As a seasoned therapist who has served thousands of people just like you, Lenae understands your injury and the greater impact it has on your identity. Recovering from an injury as effectively as possible is critical so that you can get back to doing what you love. She also recognizes that taking steps to minimize recurrence is equally important so that you can continue doing what you love. 

Lenae lives in Southern California with her husband, kids, and two rambunctious pups.
